My friend and fellow Joel Christopher mentee, Vijay Kannan and Mike Filsaime. Mike Filsaime is an up and coming star in the internet marketing business. I learned some very, very valuable stuff from Mike in just one conversation that I expect will cover all my expenses for attending the event. He spoke at Joel's event even though he wasn't on the list of speakers. And boy did he deliver! Mike is a very sharp guy and it was great to meet him. From left to right, Nerissa Oden, Joe Vitale and Maria Boomhower. It was fun to talk to Nerissa. Her site is http://www.thevideoqueen.com. If you want to learn about adding video to your site and how to work with video, you should check out Nerissa's site. Nerissa saved me a huge amount of research by recommending Pinnacle Plus Pro 9 for a project I am working on. Thanks Nerissa! Joe Vitale really needs no introduction. Joe did a great magical vanish at the event right in front of Ted Nicholas! He also gave a great presentation at the event on his 3 Step Hypnotic Marketing Formula. I learned something I was doing wrong in the first step, that is going to ensure that I get way more traffic at my site. Joe is the author of way too many books to mention but his most recent book, called "The Attractor Factor" is definitely worth reading. Here's (left to right) Maria Boomhower, Ted Nicholas and his wife Bethany. Ted Nicholas has been in marketing and copywriting for decades. His sales letters are legendary for their pull and power. He is known as Godfather of Direct Marketing and the King of Print. He's also know as the 4 Billion Dollar man because that's how much product he has sold. But best of all, Ted and Bethany are just the nicest, down to earth people you are likely to meet. Ted taught me a lot about marketing, copywriting, business, wealth and wealth preservation and health. All in one seminar. If you ever get a chance to see or meet them, make sure you do it!
Here's a picture of me (Chuck Daniel) and Rosalind Gardner. Rosalind hails from British Columbia, Canada where I spent many years before moving to the US. Rosalind's a very smart lady and super nice too. She had to learn everything about affiliate marketing on her own because at the time she was learning it there were no mentors around. But on the other hand, Rosalind says she came up with some very creative ideas on her own because she had to. Necessity is the mother of invention, don't you know :-) Another site of Rosalind's is http://www.thesuperaffiliatehandbook.com. Her book is awesome if you really want to understand affiliate marketing.
