: Chuck Daniel; Bellevue, WA, USA; Chuck is a former Microsoft software design lead who spent more than a decade happily working on email and collaboration API's for Microsoft Exchange Server.

Chuck also spent one year as a program manager in the Microsoft Customer Relationship Management team learning about lifetime customer value, relationship management and application integration.

Admittedly a seminar, workshop and information addict, Chuck left Microsoft to pursue his interests in personal development, internet, direct and information marketing and to promote and work for charitable causes. The Big Ticket Marketing Blog is one result of Chuck's passion in these areas.

Originally from Canada (eh :-), Chuck, his wife Kim, son Zach and dog Toby, now call Bellevue home having lived there for 12 years.
